CANCELLATIONS:
TWS ONLY ACCEPTS A CANCELLATION FOR YOUR RSVP REGARDING HOTEL ROOMS VIA EMAIL UP TO 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE EVENT

Hotel rooms MUST be RESERVED WHEN REGISTERING FOR EVENT
ASSIGNMENT OF ROOM WILL BE emailed 5-7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT
